All Jr Raider tackle football players who have registered for the upcoming Fall season are invited to attend our Free July Summer Training Workout Sessions. These sessions will focus on strength, speed and the fundamentals of football. The goal is to prepare players for the upcoming football season. We will be introducing the New Standards in Heads Up Football. All players and coaches are strongly recommend to attend these sessions. All coaches will be expected to know and teach the new Standards in Heads Up football and all players will be expected to learn and use them.
When: Every Monday and Wednesday during July --- (2018 Dates --- July 9 - July 30) Time: 6:00-8:00pm Where: Triangle Road Football Complex What to Wear: light weight shorts, t-shirt and cleats (NO tackle equipment) What to Bring: Large Jug of water. (Please have your child start hydrating before they arrive. They should eat a light meal least an hour before and not right before arriving.) Who should attend: All new and returning Jr Raiders tackle players who have registered for the upcoming Fall season. All adults who may coach this fall should also attend. It is highly recommended for those who wish to make the Varsity and JV football teams.
